The Workforce Solutions Group (WSG) drives Workforce Transformation strategy and engagement at Dell Technologies, spearheading the future of work and hybrid working practices with large Commercial and Government customers in Australia.

WSG leads customer engagement and thought process around AI implementation and strategy in the commercial client PC segment, delivering compelling technology that delights customers while enhancing productivity.

In this role, you will become an expert helping clients unlock the full potential of their workforce, remaining current and relevant in their industry and attracting diverse talent globally.

Key responsibilities include driving Client Solutions and AI strategy, developing relationships, and sales strategies to support customers, engaging with existing Retention accounts and Acquisition customers, and providing thought leadership for exceptional customer experiences.

You will:

Build senior-level relationships within customer organizations, provide insight and thought leadership to solve business problems, and create opportunities for customers.

Focusing on Workforce Transformation needs, bringing expertise in world-class Client device portfolios, Software, Security, and Services, providing insight and thought leadership to customers, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to align and drive sales strategy and resources.

Working closely with a virtual team to position and deliver suitable solutions for customers.

This role requires 8+ years of relevant industry experience, ability to engage and influence senior executives, adaptability, excellent communication skills, and strong financial and business acumen.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, be able to communicate complex ideas effectively, and possess a strategic mindset.
