Position Purpose:

The Heartland Veterinary Partners Externship Program aims to provide 1st-4th year veterinary students with hands-on experience and mentorship to prepare them for practice by their first day on the job.

Externships typically last two weeks, during which time Heartland will cover lodging expenses if necessary. The length of the externship is flexible, and we can support preceptorship documentation as well.
