We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Workplace Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Adelaide, SA.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional with a strong background in facilities management, building operations, or business administration. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional operational support and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Role:
  • Partner with clients and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions and excellent customer service.
  • Procure and manage vendors and suppliers to meet business needs.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate concerns as needed.
About You:
  • A bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on creative solutions.
  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements and vendor management principles.
