As a Trade Counter Team Member at Reece Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting plumbers and other tradespeople with their building and renovation projects.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and information about products
  • Offer quotes both in-person and over the phone
  • Pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure accurate information is provided
  • Assist with stock control activities and keep the branch tidy and safe
  • Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
  • Clean, valid driver's license
