Job Description:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end business analysis and stakeholder engagement across complex transformation programs. You will play a pivotal role in shaping solutions that drive measurable outcomes and align with our strategic goals.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading stakeholder engagement to define measurable benefits and quality outcomes.
  • Eliciting and documenting business, stakeholder, and solution requirements using advanced facilitation and analytical techniques.
  • Analyzing, eliciting, and documenting business processes in line with the Enterprise process standards.
  • Translating business needs into technical solutions, including system and data requirements.
  • Maintaining ownership of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure successful implementation.
  • Collaborating across business and IT to coordinate complex work and manage communication channels.
  • Conducting feasibility assessments and ensuring compatibility of new solutions with existing systems.
  • Performing detailed data analysis and mapping to support solution design.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative and organisational processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with extensive experience in complex transformation projects. Prior experience in financial services organisations would be beneficial.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in business analysis within complex transformation projects.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage analysis work schedules and deliver under tight timeframes.
  • Technical knowledge of modern business systems and project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ARIS, and MS Visio.
