Senior Legal Technology Specialist

Enhance legal service delivery as a skilled Caseflow Developer, utilizing our document automation and workflow platform.
This role offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to serve as both a technical lead and strategic partner, collaborating with stakeholders to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and maintain a secure system environment.
- Act as the technical lead for Caseflow, engaging with stakeholders to create and continuously improve Caseflow processes.
- Analyze business processes to reduce friction, improve efficiency, and deliver high-quality results aligned to client expectations.
- Document and publish developed solutions to support a well-documented technical environment.
- Maintain precedents and templates in Caseflow.
- Create and maintain SSRS reporting within Caseflow.
- Administer and maintain the Caseflow web portal.
- Manage user licenses within Caseflow.
- Provide training and assistance to users in developing their knowledge of Caseflow.
- Liaise with vendors for provision of external support services.
- Cultivate awareness of security risks and instill best practices to maintain cyber security at all times.
Key skills include advanced Caseflow Development skills, a sound understanding of different areas of law, strong comprehension, critical thinking, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good organizational and administrative ability, and excellent literacy and presentation skills.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a law firm is required. Additional qualifications such as SQL, SSRS, and PowerBI reporting experience are desirable.
