The firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Employment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong employment background and experience in drafting and amending employment contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising local, global and multinational clients on employment matters;
  • Drafting and amending employment contracts;
  • Representing clients in employment disputes;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Senior Lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience;
  • Strong employment background gained within a large-scale international or regional top-tier firm;
  • Law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records;
  • Confident in front of clients, with strong client service and relationship skills;
