Technical Systems Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Systems and Administration Support professional to join our team at Willis Towers Watson. As a key member of our Retail team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and data entry services to our Implementation Analyst, ensuring the smooth operation of our proprietary software platform and other systems within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and data entry services to the Implementation Analyst, ensuring the efficient operation of the software platform and other systems.
- Develop and maintain strong technical skills in a professional environment, working closely with the Implementation Analyst to deliver functional and responsive platforms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Prepare and report key metrics from various platforms and databases, providing valuable insights to the business.
- Assist in project activities, managing correspondence and confidential information with a high level of integrity.
- Develop and maintain strong interpersonal skills, working effectively as part of a team and maintaining a willingness to work autonomously when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a systems and/or technical role, with a mature approach and demonstrated experience in displaying good judgment, initiative, and intuition.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively and autonomously while maintaining a willingness to work as part of a team.
- Organised and methodical, with attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to anticipate needs.
- Strong organisational, project management, and problem-solving skills, with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with a willingness to become familiar with bespoke software.
