Architectural Drafting Specialist

About the Role

We seek an experienced Architectural Drafting Specialist to join our team, focusing on detailed architectural and customized fit-out drawings. This full-time position offers a collaborative work environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and review detailed architectural and fit-out drawings for accommodation, joinery, and other customized projects.
  • Prepare high-quality presentation materials and comprehensive product documentation.
  • Collaborate with design, estimating, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Work closely with clients, architects, and project teams to gather requirements, conduct site visits, and ensure drawings accurately reflect on-site conditions.
  • Utilize proprietary project management systems to streamline workflows.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture (required).
  • At least 3 years of experience in architectural drafting, preferably with a focus on full fit-outs and/or customized furniture.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Rhino 3D.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Ability to accurately interpret construction plans, specifications, and other relevant documentation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
