Healthcare Planning Consultant

This is a role that focuses on developing and implementing methodologies and tools to enable reliable demand analysis and forecasting for health service planning.

The primary responsibilities of this position include developing and maintaining data models, reports, and visualisations to support healthcare decision-making and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to understand data needs and ensure accuracy and relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive specialist knowledge and experience in developing and applying contemporary business intelligence and analytical strategies, frameworks and methodologies.
  • High level conceptual, research and analytical skills to effectively identify relevant issues, make sound judgements, and provide recommendations to support Agency strategies and directions.
  • High level interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the specific ability to effectively engage and collaborate with staff at all levels to understand and document business requirements, identify and solve problems.
