About the Role

Care Connect is seeking dedicated individuals to provide in-home care to our clients in the Ryde, Eastwood, Macquarie Park, Carlingford, Beecroft, and surrounding areas. As a leading care provider, our purpose is to enable people to live independently and safely at home for longer.

Responsibilities
  • Personal Care and Hygiene: Assist clients with personal grooming and hygiene, including medication reminders.
  • Domestic Support: Provide domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry.
  • Meal Preparation and Shopping: Assist with food shopping, menu planning, and meal preparation.
  • Mobility Assistance: Support clients with mobility assistance within the home and local community.
  • Client Well-being: Prioritize client well-being and demonstrate a strong care factor.
Requirements
  • Right to Work in Australia
  • Driver's Licence and Vehicle: Possess a valid driver's licence and own a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • Certifications and Checks: Hold a Police Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid and CPR certificate, and minimum of 3 COVID-19 vaccinations.
  • Qualifications and Experience: Possess a Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Home and Community Care, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Previous Experience: Minimum 3 months of paid experience working in the aged care or community care sector.
