Your Role

As a Home Care Worker with KinCare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our customers in the Newcastle area. This includes providing domestic assistance, helping with meal preparation and shopping, providing social support and transport, and assisting with personal care and medication management.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $35-$45 per hour, plus superannuation and phone allowance. You will also receive paid KM's, accelerated career progression, and access to our Employee Benefits Program, which offers discounts on food, clothing, health, and wellbeing products.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 6 months' experience as a support or care worker, including experience with personal care skills. You must also have a current P1 class or above Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle, as travel is a part of the role. You should be able to work independently, finding solutions to everyday problems, and be available to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
