About The Role:

  1. Lead a diverse portfolio of clients and develop strategies for growth and retention
  2. Built relationships and enhance the client experience
  3. Identify development opportunities and design servicing solutions
  4. Develop new and profitable business within the National segment
  5. Contribute to the strategic direction of the National business
  6. Achieve renewal and new business targets
  7. Mentorship and development of team members

Requirements:

  • Exceptional client relationship management capabilities
  • Interest in insurance and risk management
  • First-class communication and presentation skills
  • A keen entrepreneurial spirit, with demonstrated new business successes
  • Strong technical understanding of Commercial Insurance products
  • Ability to build leverage existing networks and develop new networks
  • Organisational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
