The Campaign Ideas Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Australia's audio landscape. As part of a dynamic team called 'The Studio', you'll be responsible for using insight-led ideation and media assets to deliver compelling integrated campaigns for brands.

This position involves interpreting media and communication briefs from various clients, creating innovative idea-led media campaigns that leverage the power of audio at their core, packaging and pitching these ideas to make them impactful, and then delivering beyond expectation.

  • You will manage the client brief from conception to presentation, ensuring best practice is followed while maintaining high-quality output.
  • You will work in a collaborative group environment as a contributing member of the creative family, developing campaigns that effectively communicate a brand's message, cut through the noise, and drive results.
  • You will project manage different elements simultaneously, dealing with diverse personalities and meeting deadlines.
  • You will convey developed concepts and engaging stories for brands to agencies, clients, and senior members of staff.
  • A developing interest or passion for marketing theory will benefit you in the client briefs or projects you work on.
  • Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in media, agency, or creative roles.
  • You will write competently and concisely, explaining complex ideas in a punchy and impactful style.
