Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join our team in SW Sydney. This is a hybrid role that involves working closely with aligned accounting groups on-site.

About the Role

This mature boutique advisory firm is looking for someone who can provide high-quality financial advice to existing clients and engage new clients referred from accounting partners.

  • Maintain and foster relationships with accounting referral partners;
  • Design and implement coaching tools to enhance knowledge and triggers for advice;
  • Deliver high-quality investment, SMSF, insurance, and strategic financial advice;
  • Obtain referrals from existing clients and successfully convert leads generated by business development.
The Ideal Candidate

Ideal applicants will have 5 years' experience in a client-facing advice role encompassing a broad range of client types and demographics.

You will display advanced technical skills with direct experience working with SMSFs, investments, and retirement income streams.
