Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with Australian Accounting Standards and Group policies.
- Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Head Office reporting-related projects.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement around Head Office reporting and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audits.

What We're Looking For
- Accreditation with CA/CPA or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
- A degree in a business-related discipline, with specific finance and accounting emphasis.
- Strong understanding of AASB and IFRS.
- Financial reporting experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry.
