**Job Summary**

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Portland Tabulam Health Centre. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care in a person-centred approach.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide clinical nursing care to residents in a residential aged care setting
- Maintain accurate health information & documentation for patients
- Communicate effectively with the team, patients, & families
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated skill in Aged Care Nursing
- Ability to work within a person-centred approach to nursing
