Main Responsibilities
  • Create a warm and inviting atmosphere that turns every interaction into a memorable experience
  • When challenges arise, transform obstacles into opportunities by showcasing your problem-solving abilities and positive attitude
  • Elevate dining experiences with personalized food and beverage suggestions within outlets and events
  • Upselling involves crafting unique experiences that leave our guests eager for more
  • Proactively seek information to increase your product knowledge
  • Effectively communicate with guests and colleagues for seamless teamwork
  • Take pride in your space, meticulously setting up and packing service areas
Key Qualifications

• Proven track record in customer service within the hospitality sector
• Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, encompassing table service, beverage expertise, event service, and coffee crafting skills (strongly valued)
• Adaptability within diverse food & beverage settings, with flexibility across different schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
• Possession of a valid RSA or equivalent qualification for the specific Country/State/Territory
• Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals
