Product Development Opportunity:
This role involves developing new products, collaborating with suppliers, and delivering high-quality, commercially successful ranges.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop gifting products from concept to launch, ensuring quality and commercial viability.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and oversee production timelines.
- Research market trends and contribute to seasonal product collections.
- Review samples, provide feedback, and ensure final products meet expectations.
- Evaluate products for compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Visit stores and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product development, preferably in gifting or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for design, quality, and commercially viable products.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with suppliers.
- Experience with overseas suppliers is a plus but not mandatory.
