Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced crew member to join our team in Dubbo.

Burger Urge has been a leading provider of delicious burgers for over 18 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers and taking orders in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Prepare food according to high standards, including cooking, grilling, frying, and assembling food items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment efficiently.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless order preparation and execution.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in quick service restaurants is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
  • Mandatory Requirements: Food Safety Certificate, Valid working rights, RSA Certificate within 30 days of commencement.
