Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Specialist to join our team. The role involves preparing and delivering content and customer-centric events across the APAC region.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the team and report into the Head of Marketing
  • Independently own and manage all marketing activity for a portfolio of corporate summits and bespoke events
  • Event setup and data maintenance in platforms such as Salesforce & EventsAir
  • Past event analysis
  • Manage the company website and event listings
  • Ensure company adhere to brand guidelines and be our own brand advocate
  • Manage and oversee all content creation, graphic design and event communications
  • Create and manage all promotional material
  • Plan and manage event advertising budgets and reporting
  • Maintain relationships with external partners (media, endorsers & associations)
  • Ownership of core KPI's and manage campaign progresses
  • Assist the Head of Marketing in ad-hoc tasks & team development

Requirements:

  • 1 years of work experience as a Marketing Specialist or in similar role
  • Relevant degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a Marketing-based role
  • Great organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of EventsAir, Canva and Salesforce is an advantage
