We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Warehouse Operations Assistant to manage the day-to-day activities of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Process and manage paperwork flows associated with inbound and outbound deliveries.
  • Accurately enter data to ensure correct orders processed, inventory records and stock count.
  • Have a sound understanding of inventory principles. Provide information daily to team members on inbound/outbound deliveries to help the scheduling of workload.
  • Control customer returns to ensure all stock flows correctly through the system.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective administrative support to respective team members and managers. You will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and processing
  • Liaise with other departments
  • Generate weekly warehouse reports
  • Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records
  • Assist with Stock take and stock checks
  • Ensure all warehouse documents are filed promptly & correctly

You MUST have the ability to prioritize work & meet deadlines. We also appreciate someone who can ask for help when needed.
