Assistant Farm Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced farm manager to join our team in Western Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of casual staff, operating machinery, performing stock work, and carrying out general farm duties.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years experience in cropping or stock work.
  • Previous experience operating a boom spray is required.
  • A mechanical background and ability to perform routine maintenance is essential.
  • Candidates must be able to work towards deadlines and under pressure during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise a team of casual staff during busy periods.
  2. Operate modern John Deere and Claas equipment efficiently.
  3. Perform stock work and manage livestock with care.
  4. Carry out general farm duties and maintenance tasks promptly.
