Property Maintenance Specialist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Warrigal as a Property Service Gardener. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting a range of ground, garden and building asset maintenance activities. This will include preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and capital upgrade works to ensure the upkeep, operations and improvement of our company assets.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct ground, garden and building asset maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and capital upgrade works
* Work outdoors with minimal or no on-site supervision to undertake duties at our Warrawong, Wollongong and Warilla residential and independent locations
* Plan, schedule, coordinate and complete Warrigal's various asset Maintenance programs within a team and work individually with minimal supervision

Requirements

* Horticulture Certificate III or minimum five years' experience in the field
* Demonstrated commitment to customer service and meeting the needs of older people
* Positive, professional attitude and ability to promote Warrigal in keeping with the organisation's vision, mission and values
* Ability to use a computer on a regular basis
* Well-developed communication, problem solving abilities, and interpersonal skills
* Current NSW drivers license
