At our aged care facility, we are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of cleaner.

About the Role:

  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and staff by performing various cleaning tasks.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues to ensure a cooperative team atmosphere.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures to protect yourself, colleagues and residents from harm.

To be successful in this role you will need

  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards interacting with residents, colleagues and their families.
  • Previous experience working as a cleaner is an advantage.
  • Friendly interpersonal skills and the ability to establish professional relationships with residents and their families.
  • A reliable and flexible team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The willingness to apply for necessary clearances.
