We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Injury Prevention Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at Konekt, part of the APM Group. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals and organisations by delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.
About the Role:
- You will use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment.
- Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
- Support clients to identify future employment or training options.
- Perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or daily living assessments.
- Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal.
- Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.
