Career Opportunity: Plant Operator/Civil Labourer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Civil construction crew at our Pimpama Site.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about civil construction and have relevant licenses to operate plant equipment.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

About the Role
  • Operate plant equipment including diggers, loaders, water carts, rollers, tipper trucks, skidsteers/posi-trackers, and GPS systems.
  • Assist with labouring tasks when required.
  • Maintain a high level of safety awareness and adherence to all relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Operating plant equipment to the highest standard.
  • Assisting with labouring tasks to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Licensed to operate the listed equipment.
  • A reliable and trustworthy attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong safety awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Dedication and dependability.
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards, environmental principles, and relevant legislation.
  • A current Driver's Licence.
  • A Construction Industry White Card.
