About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning Administrator to join our dynamic team at NBN Co. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional administrative support and contributing to the success of our People & Culture pillar.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing executive assistance, coordinating learning and change initiatives, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders. This role involves maintaining records, providing data-driven insights, stakeholder engagement, and offering executive assistance to the Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing records and databases related to employee training and development
  • Coordinating meetings and events with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing data analysis and insights to inform business decisions
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Scheduling appointments and preparing materials for leadership meetings

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology-dependent enterprise
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Workday Learning and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Benefits

NBN Co offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
