We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Podiatrist to join our team at Mediix, a well-established Podiatry clinic in Sydney's Lower North Shore.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for assisting patients in overcoming foot and lower limb ailments, providing expert diagnosis, treatment, and continuous care.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' foot health, including biomechanical analysis and gait assessment.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to patients' needs, incorporating a range of interventions such as orthotics, footwear advice, and exercise programs.
- Perform routine foot care procedures, including nail care, callus reduction, and wound management.
- Educate patients on foot health, preventive care strategies, and self-management techniques.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Podiatry from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia or eligible to apply.
- Demonstrated clinical experience in podiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
