We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Brisbane. In this role, you will provide clinical expertise across assessments, therapy, and community-based interventions. You will work collaboratively with Foster Care services, clients funded under the NDIS, Home Care clients, Employee Assistant Programs (EAP), and external clients of Challenge Community Services.
The Role:
In this role, you will be part of a vibrant and supportive team environment with established long-term referrals and cases awaiting your expertise. Your focus will be on providing high-quality clinical services, enjoying the flexibility of working from home one day a week, and contributing to our multidisciplinary approach. Your impact will span from early childhood to late adulthood as we are dedicated to meeting client needs with excellence.
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about working with children, young people, or adults with disabilities and complex behavioral needs. You are someone who can think critically, solve problems effectively, and collaborate across all services to achieve positive outcomes for our clients and their families. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to express ideas clearly and logically, are essential.
Experience with assessments is highly desirable. Additionally, possessing a current NSW driver's license, COVID-19 vaccinations, and the necessary background checks is a must. If you have experience in OOHC/ADHC/NDIS or a similar field, or if you've worked in Mental Health, provided Clinical Supervision, or are a Medicare provider, we'd love to hear from you. Familiarity with Family Systems Therapy and strong group facilitation or training skills would also be valuable.

- $90,000 - $120,000 per annum based on skills and experience.
