As a Training and Quality Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the provision and evaluation of clinical and non-clinical education and training programs for our staff and volunteers.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to support the continuous improvement program for our residents and staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.
- Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and delivering education and training activities with flexible delivery options.
- Essential qualifications and experience include:
- A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Certificate III in Aged Care
- Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver education and training activities
- Sound written and oral communication skills
- Capacity to achieve goals within set timeframes
- A sound understanding of and compliance with Work Health and Safety standards
- Sound computer skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Sound relationship building, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
