Job Opportunity

This role presents a unique chance to work closely with customers in a branch-based lending environment. As a finance professional, you will be the key contact for both new and existing customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to customers with home loan applications and related financial needs.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their goals and financial situation.
  • MATCH CUSTOMERS WITH SUITABLE MORTGAGE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO HELP ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS.
Requirements
  • Lending experience is essential for success.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships from the first conversation.
  • Experience in sales/business development with ability to network within the community.
  • Solid people skills to ensure customers feel confident and well-supported and to consistently exceed expectations through exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese is essential to support our diverse customer base.
