Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for managing the Event Streaming Platform for the bank, both on-premises and in the cloud. You will be expected to enhance services through a DevOps model, build the cluster, and ensure the platform operates continuously.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have a background in Software Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering within a cloud environment.
- Possess hands-on experience in public cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Are enthusiastic about Cloud, DevOps, and Automation, with a strong desire to solve complex problems systematically.
Technical Skills:
We utilize a diverse array of tools, languages, and frameworks. While we do not expect you to be proficient in all, familiarity with some of the following will enhance your success in this role:
- Proficient in various scripting/programming languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, Go, Java, and TypeScript.
- Experienced with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, BitBucket, Bamboo, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, TeamCity, Artifactory, Docker Registry, and ArgoCD.
- Knowledgeable in Cloud/AWS fundamental services (IAM, VPC, EC2).
- Confident in Linux environments.
- Experienced with distributed version control systems such as GitHub, Bitbucket, and GitLab.
- Familiar with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.
- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code tools such as CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform, and Ansible.
