Residential Frame Quality Assurance Specialist

We offer engineering design services for architectural, custom, and project home builds. Our team has over three decades of successful business in Australia, with a strong reputation for providing excellent engineering solutions to clients, builders, and developers.
The head office is based in South Brisbane, near amenities like cafes, shopping centres, and convenient access to Brisbane CBD. Free on-site parking is available to staff.
This role involves checking, inspecting, and documenting the build quality of timber and/or steel frames in houses. The primary function will be to perform quality checks, document, and record the required steps outlined in the software. Guidance will also be provided relating to residential framing and on the building site.
Key requirements for this role include:
- Australian experience inspecting house frames.
- Strong experience with timber and/or steel house frames.
- Site supervision experience mainly on residential building sites.
- Good computer literacy.
- Professional communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and liaise with office, and site-based staff.
An engineering degree qualification is a strong advantage but not essential.
