About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Specialist to create and optimize high-quality content across our owned channels.

This permanent role involves leading the global consumer email program and managing content across our website, social media, and email, balancing organic and paid campaigns with community management.

You will also support visual content creation using design tools, ensuring all digital content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for the global consumer email program, including campaign planning, writing, designing, and optimizing campaigns and automated workflows.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and agencies to enhance email performance and explore commercial opportunities.
  • Create, edit, and publish content across our website and social media using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Write and adapt copy for diverse audiences, leveraging AI tools and maintaining brand tone and UX best practices.
  • Design and schedule engaging visual and written content aligned with campaign themes and digital strategy.
  • Manage social media communities, track content performance, and provide actionable insights through reporting.
