Learning Facilitator

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Learning Facilitator to join our team. As a key member, you will be part of our journey from the very beginning.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time position, Monday to Friday. In this role, you will foster strong, positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community. You'll guide children's learning and development while building your own knowledge and career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high health and safety standards in our centre.
  • Facilitate engaging learning experiences for your allocated group of children.
  • Observe and evaluate children's individual strengths, interests, and preferences.
  • Design and implement activities for children's developmental programs.
  • Participate in a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment.

About You

You are a creative early childhood educator who enjoys creating tailored learning experiences. You work collaboratively and build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and your team.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • An ACECQA-recognised Certificate III or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education.
  • Experience leading and developing age-specific programs and routines.
  • An approved Working with Children Check (State-specific).
  • Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid Certificates.
