About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Retail Assistant to join our team at DFO Essendon, where you will be involved in every step of the customer's journey, styling and customising High-Fashion frames from Luxury Brands such as CHANEL, Tiffany & Co., and Gucci.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion and promote our premium brands, including PRADA, CHANEL, Tiffany & Co., Ray-Ban, and many others.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, providing them with a memorable experience in-store.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer interactions.
