Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to take charge of daily operations, drive sales growth and inspire their team to achieve exceptional results.

About The Role

The successful candidate will provide support to the Store Manager in all areas of store operations, including rostering, reporting and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team by providing coaching and training opportunities.
  • Maintain store standards for safety, cleanliness and presentation to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Manage stock and inventory levels to minimise losses and maximise profitability.
  • Work collaboratively with the team on register operations, merchandising and shelf replenishment.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement ideas to drive business growth.
  • Ensure seamless store operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as required, including running the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate teammates.
  • Able to develop and train staff to perform at their best.
  • Strong ability to support the Store Manager to achieve store results.
  • Professional and responsible approach to every situation.
  • Able to work independently and implement company policies and procedures.
