We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the sales operations of a leading automotive dealership specializing in a renowned Japanese brand. This role is ideal for a seasoned General Sales Manager or Sales Manager looking to take the next step in their career.

Role Overview
As the General Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales strategy and leading the team to success. Reporting directly to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Coaching and motivating team members to meet and exceed dealership targets.
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a General Sales Manager or Sales Manager in an automotive dealership setting.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering quantifiable results.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive dealership sales processes and operations.
- Attention to detail and adherence to compliance standards.
