Site Supervisor

This is a great opportunity to develop professionally with a reputable builder. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.

Key tasks include managing and maintaining working relationships with subcontractors/suppliers/Clients, having a working knowledge of Drawings, Specifications and Quality, QBCC, WH&S and Environmental requirements for all tender related activities, and ensuring that the job is running to schedule and the required trades are booked in advance to avoid any delays.

  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
  • Manage and maintain working relationships with subcontractors/suppliers/Clients
  • Have a working knowledge of Drawings, Specifications and Quality, QBCC, WH&S and Environmental requirements for all tender related activities
  • Managing project timelines, including Gantt charts and reports to the client as required
Requirements:
  • Proven construction site supervisor working experience
  • Be Trade Qualified experienced in managing residential, commercial and renovation/refurbishment projects
  • Hold a Builders or Site Supervisors License and Queensland Driver's License
  • Detail focused with strong written and verbal communication skills
