Job Title: Strategic Leader

This role oversees the implementation of organisational strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for charities and companies limited by guarantee.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in business and extensive experience as a senior leader with expertise in business improvement, systems development, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve organisational goals
  • Overseeing policy development and procedure maintenance for regulatory compliance
  • Maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders, including boards and external agencies

The Strategic Leader will be based at our Sydney office and work in a hybrid model.

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline
  • Proven experience as a senior leader
  • High-level leadership, communication, and stakeholder skills
  • Deep understanding of not-for-profit operations, governance, compliance, and fundraising
