Job Overview

Our Graduate Technical Services program is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to contribute to real projects in sustainability, product innovation, and technical excellence.

  • As a graduate, you will participate in a two-year program with hands-on experience across various projects and operations.
  • You will join the Product Performance & Innovation team at Brisbane facilities and work collaboratively with engineers and scientists to drive research, testing, and quality initiatives nationwide.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the bulk product range and its performance in concrete applications through routine and non-routine testing of cement, concrete, and related materials.
  • Support product development and innovation aligned with our carbon reduction roadmap, leveraging strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret data.
  • Work in both lab and field environments to support compliance and quality outcomes, gaining exposure to customer and commercial interfaces to understand real-world product performance.
  • Contribute to technical investigations and continuous improvement initiatives, participating in structured rotations across multiple sites.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with people across disciplines.
  • Willingness to relocate for rotations, with support provided.
