Mortgage Broker Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mortgage Broker Assistant to join our Debt Advisory team in Melbourne. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior brokers by ensuring a seamless loan process for clients from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior brokers in managing client relationships, preparing loan applications, and liaising with lenders.
- Guide clients through the mortgage process, addressing queries and providing regular updates.
- Handle documentation, perform financial assessments, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Support the end-to-end loan application process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to lenders.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance or business (preferred)
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (or willing to obtain)
- Exposure to property, mortgage broking, banking, or financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude
- Strong organisation skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the mortgage industry
