As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be part of a dedicated team working hard to create a safe and home-like environment for our residents. You will assist with personal care such as showering and dressing, support day-to-day tasks like eating and social activities, work with the clinical team to ensure care plans are followed, maintain documentation, and provide high-quality service to families and the community.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care needs of residents
  • Support daily living tasks such as eating and social activities
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure individualized care plans are met
  • Maintain accurate documentation of resident interactions and care provided
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff
Requirements:
  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to older adults
  • Comfortable interacting with diverse individuals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable team player with a strong sense of empathy
  • Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • Willingsness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
