Opportunity:

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic lifeguards to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in maintaining the safety and enjoyment of all patrons within our aquatic facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pool operations to ensure a safe environment for all visitors.
• Engage with patrons to promote water safety and enjoyment.
• Respond to emergencies and administer first aid as required.

Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidates will possess a strong commitment to safety and customer service. You should be energetic, approachable, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of individuals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Exceptional verbal communication abilities.
• Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR certification.
• National Police Check.
• Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Current Pool Operations Certificate is preferred but not essential.
