Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant/Webster Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to join our community pharmacy team and contribute to providing essential healthcare services to our local community.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, accurately completing tasks, including dispensing medications and updating records, using Fred dispensing software to manage dispensary operations, supporting customers with general queries and product recommendations, and being a positive and supportive member of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide a high standard of service to our customers, responding promptly to their needs and queries.
  • Task Completion: Accurately complete tasks, including dispensing medications and updating records in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Dispensary Operations: Use Fred dispensing software to manage dispensary operations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of prescriptions and medications.
  • Customer Support: Support customers with general queries and product recommendations, providing them with expert advice and guidance.
  • Teamwork: Be a positive and supportive member of the team, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Dispensing experience and S2/S3 certificate preferred.
  • Skills: Outstanding customer service skills and well-presented appearance, sensitivity to customers' needs and strong communication skills, highly organised, reliable and punctual.
