Job Description

As a Project Specialist, you will facilitate cross-functional project delivery for customer and commercial functions. You'll work alongside Project and Product Managers, reporting into the Manager, Portfolio and Projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering assigned project responsibilities on time, within budget, and to specification
  • Disseminating key status reports and steering committee/executive updates
  • Developing presentations that inform and influence decision-making for various stakeholders
  • Building financial models, project implementation plans, presentations, and communications as required
  • Managing and escalating project risk according to Qantas Group Risk Framework

You'll also be responsible for documenting and organizing all project-related materials, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
