English Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging and inclusive learning environments that cater to the diverse needs of students.

The successful applicant will have a strong commitment to teaching and learning, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to create and implement rigorous planned learning experiences, support the Catholic religious and cultural environment, and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

  • Develop and implement engaging and inclusive lesson plans
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Support the development of students' literacy and numeracy skills
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians

About You

  • You will have a tertiary qualification in Education and eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
  • You will have experience in supporting student wellbeing and middle-level Leadership
  • You will be committed to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practice in education

Benefits

  • Competitive salary package valued at up to $140,855
  • Base salary ranges from $87,550 to $125,763
  • Additional coordinator allowance on top of your base salary if successful for leadership positions
  • Salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually
