About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Person to join our team at Brandt. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve fill rate goals and optimize inventory management.
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to set guidelines and procedures.
  • Perform tasks as assigned by management, including inventory location and documentation, and loading trucks with finished goods.
  • Inspect outgoing shipments for damage and ensure accurate inventory counts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Physical ability to manually handle goods and products, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working under minimal supervision, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in operating forklifts and related equipment, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Ability to work in a variety of conditions, including adverse weather and temperature extremes.
