Lead Enterprise Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to spearhead a critical business transformation initiative.

This high-profile role will oversee the strategic direction of our company's architecture, ensuring seamless alignment across various streams.

The selected candidate will serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, effectively coordinating with domain architects to drive project outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Direct the enterprise architecture stream for a major business separation program
  • Oversee and synchronize the outputs of Service, Application, and Infrastructure Architects
  • Provide authoritative guidance and comprehensive architectural roadmaps to support business change initiatives
  • Ensure alignment with governance frameworks, service modeling, and separation requirements
  • Drive the design of operating models to support post-separation environments
  • Consolidate and present architecture decisions, risks, and dependencies to senior stakeholders
  • Support preparation of artefacts for governance, readiness, and completion milestones
Key Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience as an Enterprise Architect in large-scale business transformation programs
  • Strong track record overseeing multi-domain architecture (service, application, infrastructure)
  • Familiarity with governance frameworks, service integration, and separation activities
  • Deep understanding of business separation planning and infrastructure planning
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align multiple streams of work
  • Business divestiture or M&A program experience highly desirable
